What this site keeps, and why.

Effective 18 October 2026.

What is collected

Only what you type into a form. The weekly email form asks for your email address. The contact form asks for your name, email, a topic and a message. Nothing else is collected about you, and this site sets no tracking or advertising cookies.

Why

Your email address is used to send you the weekly email you asked for. A contact message is used to reply to you. Neither is sold, rented or shared for anyone else's marketing.

Where it is kept

Your email address for the weekly email is kept with Kit, the email service that sends it. Contact messages are stored with Netlify, which hosts this site. Booking an alignment call happens on Google Calendar, and its payment is taken by Stripe; both work under their own privacy policies. Card details never pass through this site.

Leaving

Every weekly email has an unsubscribe link. To have anything you sent removed, write to connect@iamaustinwest.com and it will be deleted.
