My Why

Men are trapped in cycles of addiction, numbing, and empty success while their lives slip away.

I’ve seen it in many men around me and I’ve lived it myself—they could be the epitome of success on the surface, but behind closed doors, they're disconnected, purposeless, and powerless.

I envision a world where masculine strength isn't measured by status, but by unwavering inner truth and the courage to face yourself. Where men are empowered with the resources, practices, and support to reclaim authority over their lives.

My Story

Rock bottom became my launch pad.

When I was a child, my dad left our family, shattering my illusion of safety. Unable to process this trauma, I began numbing my pain:

  • At 14, I started drinking

  • By 15, I was getting high

  • At 16, I was snorting cocaine

  • I progressed to muscle relaxers, painkillers, Valium, Xanax, and meaningless sex

  • Later, I injected steroids to bolster my self-worth, which led to sexual dysfunction, anxiety, and porn addiction

  • In my 20s, I got hooked on Adderall, constantly increasing my dosage

  • I spent over 10,000 hours gaming, nearly 420 days lost in screens

Every addiction lasted at least 12 years, dominating my life from 14 to 30. Yet on the outside, I was thriving:

  • I was a high school football captain and track star

  • At 22, I opened my first $2M business

  • By 24, I was the youngest manager at JP Morgan Chase, managing $500M

  • At 28, I built a $100M company, became VP, and named to “30 Under 30” lists

Outside, I was polished, successful, everyone's best friend. Inside, I was anxious, depressed, and feeling nothing.

I never identified as an addict because I could stop drinking, coke, and sleeping around during the week, but what I didn't see was I'd just swapped in workaholism, pharmaceuticals, and gaming. I wouldn't let myself be still or sober enough to look within.

At 30, everything changed when a friend offered me mushroom chocolate microdose. For the first time, I saw my life clearly. Over the next few years, with the intentional use of psychedelics, I shattered the walls of the prison I’d built and reclaimed authority over my life.

  • Through microdosing, I ended my Adderall and anxiety medication addictions

  • I dumped my ED pills and began a 2-year healing journey with sex and intimacy

  • I left my successful career and sold my home to find real purpose

Psychedelics gave me the ability to look at my life honestly and served as a doorway to reclaiming my happiness. It opened the door to other transformative practices, inner work, and brotherhood, laying the foundation for a life of purpose, power, and authenticity. Now I help others do the same.

My Philosophies

I believe…

  • Whatever you seek is seeking you and whatever you choose is choosing you. The world is your mirror, constantly reflecting back your beliefs, choices, and emotions. Your entire experience of life is shaped by your perception, making you the creator of your reality. By embracing this reflection, you can identify the blind spots keeping you from becoming who you’re meant to be. When you shift from victim consciousness to taking ownership of your life, every experience becomes a lesson in your evolution.

  • Your words aren’t describing reality, they’re creating it.

What you speak, how you speak it, and the context in which you speak from are all derived from your deeply rooted belief systems. These belief systems are the foundation your world is built on. If your belief systems are limitng, destructive, or rooted in conditioned programming (religious, societal, cultural), your life will reflect such.

Whatever you unconsciously believe, your mind WILL find ways to confirm that belief, because it’s safer. It’s acting for survival, so if you know what to expect then the blow isn't as bad. These belief systems are the prisons we make (the matrix) and inhabit unconsciously.

Your words are f*cking powerful! Use them wisely.

  • A trigger is anything that activates an automatic emotional or psycholigical response, often rooted in trauma or past experiences (thoughts, memories, emotions, people, situations, words, environments, etc).

No one is responsible for or the cause of your trigger. Your trigger has nothing to do with them and their trigger has nothing to do with you. All “they” are doing is revealing where you are not free, surfacing your wounded, unintegrated, traumatized parts. Your triggers are highlighting parts within that are still acting out aspects of the victimized, powerless Self.

Triggers are the loudest, most obvious sign you’re giving power away to something outside of you. Where you find your triggers, you’ll find your victim. Integrate your victim and take your power back.

  • Judgement is using another person to mercilessly play out your own model of self. What you judge in others are the parts you judge about yourself.

At all times, our unconscious mind is projecting out everything it believes about self and reality for us to see, hear, and experience. Each time you cast judgement on an other-self, your unconscious mind is showing you in their reflection what you shame (judge) most about yourself.

Use judgement as a guidepost for the parts of yourself that need love and acceptance the most.

  • A catalyst is an experience that triggers learning, growth, and transformation,—and every-single-f*cking-thing in life is a catalyst.

The purpose of life, in my opinion, is to participate in the evolutionary process of our Mind, Body, and Soul. Some traditions refer to these as the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual pillars of life.

When the choice is made not to learn, enter victim consciousness. Finding teachings in all things throughout all life harnesses the awareness of choice.

    Choice is power.

No more hiding, no more running—it's time to become the man you know you can be.
