The Colosseum
Brotherhood and belonging, for all men.
The arena where men are met and formed. More than a hundred men, four co-facilitators, and a room that holds you to what you said you wanted.

The word “all” is doing real work.
The bar for entry is behavioral rather than demographic. Show up, do the work, take accountability, be responsible for yourself in front of a brotherhood that is holding you. That is the whole requirement, and it is available to any man willing to meet it.
What a man will not say in a room of men is usually the thing he most needs to say.

Three calls a month
What happens in the room.
Sacred Circle
Every man gets five to ten minutes to speak to what is most alive. Victories, defeats, what is heavy, what he wants witnessed. The group goes round until everyone has spoken. This is the relational anchor of the month.
Teaching
A dialogue on one thing that actually runs men: sex, desire, money, shame, guilt, relationship. A contemplation is offered, then the room opens and men bring their own ownership and questions into it.
Practice
The work itself rather than the discussion of the work. What gets rehearsed in the room is what holds up outside it.
A man who can’t afford it can be carried by a brother.
The sponsorship model is structural rather than stated. It is how “all men” stays true when someone’s circumstances change.
Where the teaching comes from.
The Colosseum runs on the Path of Conscious Creation: Truth, Desire, Catalyst, Wisdom. It is the mechanism of how a life actually gets made, and it asks a man to tell the truth first.
A man becomes what he practices, not what he intends.
